WIP: A Tincture for Mild Anxiety

I can calm my mind. I can soften my body. I can bolster my heart.
I have within me, all that I need.


☼  Take in response to occasional anxiety. For day or nighttime use. Take .5 ml to 1ml up to 3x a day. Start low, and build your way up if needed. 

Allow 20-40 mins for the dose to offer relief. Take straight or add to warm/cold beverage. For maximum efficiency take sublingually.

Suggested affirmations to repeat upon dosing:

I am peace  and I am quiet.  ⌢I am safe.

Use caution if you have or are taking medication for low blood pressure and/or have or are are taking medication for thyroid disorders. 


Plant medicine is not a cure-all for anxiety but it is certainly an effective addition to your anti-anxiety toolkit.  Being firm believers in a holistic approach, we encourage you to also explore other ways that may help to reduce anxiety- by seeking support from a mental health practitioner and/or examining potential triggers like: nutrient deficiency, food intolerances, use of stimulants (caffeine, sugar) & sleep debt.
