✹ Take 1 ml of Braven sublingually before facing a known trigger or in response to feelings of stress/anxiety.

☾ Take 1 ml of Nocturne sublingually. If taste is too strong, mix with a splash of water or your bedtime tea 30 mins before desired sleep time.
