Start with a few sprays of grounding Earthen Mist, inhaling deeply. Spray as needed throughout your session.

Add your dose of Braven (stress relief) tincture to sparkling water, herbal tea or smoothie. Feel your energy settle, your mind clear & your easeful body within 20-30 minutes.

Apply a generous layer of Warrior salve to a clean face and use as a hydrating healing mask, leaving on for as long as desired. Wash off excess when you're ready, patting dry.

Apply Warrior to any parts of the body wanting more love. Particularly caring of dry, irritated skin, new wounds, old scars, nipples & perineum.

Invite restorative practice into your session such as self massage, journaling, yoga or light stretching, meditation or quiet reflection, a hot bath or shower.

30 minutes before bedtime, add your dose of Nocturne (sleep) tincture to a splash or water & drink in restorative sleep.

Come back to this nourishing ritual as often as possible.
